Bernhard Pedersen Vintage Danish Teak X-Large Dresser/Credenza

Extremely rare and handmade large dresser by the one and only, Bernhard Pedersen. This isn’t your typical teak dresser. This is top of line Danish made furniture, and the craftsmanship is so superior that you have to see it to believe it. Bernhard Pedersen & Søn is a renowned Danish furniture manufacturer known for its craftsmanship and contribution to mid-century modern design. Founded in 1902 by Bernhard Pedersen in Denmark, the company initially specialized in crafting high-quality wooden furniture. Over the years, Bernhard Pedersen & Søn gained recognition for its innovative designs and collaboration with prominent Danish designers such as Arne Vodder and Finn Juhl. Their designs are characterized by clean lines, organic shapes, and a focus on aesthetics and comfort. Bernhard Pedersen & Søn's furniture continues to be highly sought after by collectors and enthusiasts of Danish modernism for its timeless appeal and craftsmanship. This exquisite dresser has 8 beautifully crafted drawers, that all slide smoothly and look new. It features a completely finished back (so it could float in the middle of a room), and the most well made solid teak dovetail drawer fronts. This vintage piece with a beautiful, rich teak grain is in great condition for its vintage age. I opted not to refinish it because the patina is fantastic on this piece, but I would be happy to do it for a small fee. There is one blemish in the plinth base on one side but it’s not noticeable unless you are looking for it. Very structurally sound. Makers mark plaque is in the too left drawer. I am located in Laramie, Wyoming. Delivery available to the Denver area, Fort collins, and Cheyenne for a small fee. Reach out to me with any questions.
